Trust Annual Conference 2025

A Day of Inspiration and Strategic Vision

On 25th November, the Trust proudly hosted its School Leaders Winter Conference, bringing together 90 delegates from across our community. Attendees included Headteachers, Business Managers, Chairs of Local Governing Committees, Directors, clergy, the central Trust team, and colleagues from the Education Service—a truly collaborative gathering.

The day featured an inspiring keynote address from David Wells, whose thought-provoking insights set the tone for meaningful discussion and reflection. Delegates also engaged deeply with the Trust’s Strategic Intent and explored the ambitious vision outlined in Strategy 2030, shaping the future of education within our Trust.

The event was more than a conference—it was an opportunity to connect, share ideas, and reaffirm our shared mission. The atmosphere was uplifting and engaging, leaving participants energized and united as we look ahead to the next chapter of our journey.
